Order Information

Ordering our software is simple and easy. 

First Time Buyers

For those ordering our software for the first time, just print or view the Software Price List. Determine the items you wish to purchase. Print the GMS Software Order Form (New Order Form). Complete the form and mail or fax it to us at the address shown on the form. OR Complete the On-Line Order Form and place the order with us directly.

Upgrade Orders

For those ordering upgrades, just print or view the Upgrade Order Form. Determine the items you wish to purchase. Print the Upgrade Order Form. Complete the form and mail or fax it to us at the address shown on the form. OR Complete the Online Upgrade Order Form place the order with us directly.

Payment Methods

We accept payment with VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. We also accept purchase orders from Fortune 500 companies with approved accounts. Purchase Orders are accepted subject to payment terms of Net 30. We do not accept COD orders.

Shipping Methods

We ship exclusively by Federal Express prepaid and include the charges in the charge or invoice.
